Driver Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Driver Recruiter to join LIV’s Skopje office. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and onboarding qualified CDL drivers, ensuring they meet DOT and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential CDL drivers using calls, databases and online search methods.
• Conduct pre‑screening, review qualifications and run MVR/PSP reports.
• Verify compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate pre‑employment steps such as drug testing and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety and Operations teams to ensure efficient hiring.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience in the transportation sector.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and recruiting tools is a plus.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
