Team Lead Software Development

About the role

Join our fight against cybercrime as a Team Lead in Software Development. You will manage a team of 5‑7 engineers, creating an environment where they can collaborate, grow, and deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a software development team, removing obstacles and ensuring clear goals.
• Coordinate with Product Management, QA, Architecture, Service Desk and other stakeholders for end‑to‑end delivery.
• Maintain and evolve the team’s technical direction in partnership with architects and senior engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, agile practices and technology evaluation.
• Provide regular feedback, support individual growth and manage performance.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational training in computer science or a related field.
• Several years of experience in both software development and leadership roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to motivate a young, dynamic team.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable making decisions under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python (or another major programming language).
• Experience with software architecture design and implementation.
