About the role
This internship provides hands‑on experience supporting end‑user IT needs within a corporate environment. You will assist with desktop, hardware, telecom and video‑conferencing issues while gaining practical troubleshooting skills.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for end‑user requests related to desktop software, hardware, telecom and video conferencing.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and prepare new user desktops and laptops.
- Handle maintenance of hardware and software components.
Required profile
- Ability to identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
- Professional demeanor and comfort working with people at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
