Technical Service Coordinator – German Speaking

About the role

The Technical Service Coordinator will use German fluency to coordinate fiber‑optic installations, support field technicians and ensure smooth service delivery for a German telecommunications provider.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers a day before appointments to confirm schedules and clarify property access requirements.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for field technicians, monitoring schedules, installation progress and resolving delays.
• Maintain and update installation orders across multiple systems, upload photos and documentation, and verify completeness for billing.
• Prepare completed orders for invoicing and support process improvements as installation volumes grow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative coordination, back‑office operations or service scheduling.
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital order‑management and scheduling software.
• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms and perform accurate data entry.
