Territory B2C Supervisor

About the role

The Territory B2C Supervisor will lead the execution of B2C strategies across the assigned region, driving consumer acquisition and engagement within retail channels. You will coordinate external consumer‑facing teams, work closely with internal partners, and ensure the territory meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement regional B2C activation plans, translating strategic priorities into effective field activities.
• Monitor and improve territory performance by tracking metrics, analyzing results, and taking corrective actions.
• Ensure consistent execution of activation activities, compliance with commercial standards, and effective route planning.
• Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to boost business performance.
• Provide B2C teams with tools, systems, training, and support needed for successful execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop third‑party B2C teams, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Uphold consumer experience standards, ensuring benefit‑led conversations and adherence to CX principles.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree considered a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience in B2C sales and multi‑channel distribution (KA, GT, HoReCa, etc.) is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Valid driving licence with at least 2 years of active driving experience.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
