Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Skopje. The role involves building relationships in an international B2B environment, promoting high‑level conferences across sectors such as Energy, Pharma, AI, Manufacturing, Data Centers and Mobility. Candidates should be fluent in English, confident communicators and motivated to achieve ambitious goals.

What we offer

• Base salary: 40,000 MKD net
• Monthly performance bonuses: 500–2,000 EUR
• Working schedule: Monday–Friday (no weekends or public holidays)
