Trade Management Specialist

About the role

A globally established electronics business, represented in Germany, is looking for a Trade Management Specialist in Skopje. The specialist safeguards commercial accuracy, resolves transaction exceptions and maintains the integrity of financial operations. The position is full-time, onsite at the 2nd-floor business center in Skopje, with flexible shifts and weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate customer claims according to defined claim weights and established guidelines
• Perform accuracy checks, including promotion corrections, SPGM reason code validation and tax code verification
• Review and verify debit notes and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Identify and resolve invoice rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information
• Maintain daily work files, claim trackers and supporting documentation
• Prepare monthly performance reports on processed claims and audit accuracy
• Coordinate with accounts receivable, OBS and finance stakeholders to resolve claim-related issues
• Escalate exception cases, such as mismatched claims and re-invoicing requirements, to the appropriate stakeholders

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in transaction management, claims processing, finance operations or administrative roles
• Excellent written and verbal English; German is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
