UI/UX Designer

About the role

Thrasker is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join its Skopje office. The role is on‑site and involves collaborating with product managers, engineers and analysts to create user‑centric digital experiences that drive quality and innovation across web and mobile products.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate internal and external customer requirements together with product and development teams.
• Design, implement and maintain reusable layouts, components, themes and design systems.
• Create UI mock‑ups, wireframes, user flows and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Work with Web Analysts to improve usability and conversion rates on existing and new websites.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues such as responsiveness and accessibility.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries during design, development and testing phases.
• Provide accurate time and effort estimates for design tasks.
• Build, test and iterate designs within agreed timelines.
• Perform other design‑related tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility standards and responsive design for web and mobile.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems, wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high‑fidelity mock‑ups.
• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) – deep expertise not required.
• Ability to conduct or support usability testing, user research and iterative design based on feedback.
• Comfortable working in an agile, cross‑functional team and communicating design decisions in English.
