Accounting and Finance Specialist

About the role

MEGA- AUTOPARTS, a leading importer and distributor of original automotive spare parts, is seeking an Accounting and Finance Specialist to manage financial accounting and material‑financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Managing financial accounting and material‑financial operations.
• Posting and recording all financial transactions.
• Preparing financial documents, annual accounts, and audit reports.
• Issuing and recording invoices, analyzing, controlling, and reconciling with the general ledger.
• Reconciling warehouse and material records with financial records.
• Monitoring and recording daily transactions and delegating tasks.
• Maintaining and safeguarding business books and accounting documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance, accounting, or auditing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Pantheon (advantage).
