Medical Affairs Partner

About the role

Roche is seeking a Medical Affairs Partner to join its Medical Affairs Team in North Macedonia. Reporting to the Country Medical Director for North Macedonia & Kosovo, you will work closely with Key Opinion Leaders and external stakeholders to advance Roche’s therapeutic portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scientific and medical expertise across relevant disease areas, supporting pipeline differentiation and product lifecycle management.
• Lead the medical component of the integrated strategy, shaping a differentiated value story and communicating Roche’s contributions locally.
• Proactively engage with external customers, including TAEs and KOLs, to drive targeted medical initiatives before and after product launch.
• Develop and maintain peer‑to‑peer relationships, deliver high‑quality medical education, and support internal scientific training.

Required profile

• Experience in medical affairs or related scientific fields, with a strong understanding of therapeutic areas.
• Ability to build effective relationships with KOLs and other external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for field activities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
