Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are expanding our core sales team and are looking for a Sales Development Representative with a passion for IT services and solutions sales. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who will lead in identifying and winning new opportunities, representing IWConnect’s expertise to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Professionally represent IWConnect, showcasing expertise and ability to deliver solutions to customers.
• Proactively identify and qualify potential clients, generate leads and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with a team focused on generating as much new business as possible.
• Utilize a variety of tools and forecast sales activity in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Analyze information, prepare reports, evaluate sales results and maintain regular communication with the team.
• Develop creative targeting strategies to create new qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of quota‑carrying experience, preferably in IT services or solutions sales.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with advanced English proficiency.
• Highly motivated hunter attitude, driven by internal goals and teamwork.
• Experience in a start‑up environment and selling to enterprise customers is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working with a commission‑based pay structure.
