Support Associate (Customer & Courier Support)

About the role

Wolt is expanding its operations in North Macedonia and is looking for enthusiastic Support Associates to join the Skopje office. You will be part of a dynamic team that handles live‑chat interactions with customers, restaurant partners, and courier partners, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer and courier inquiries via live chat during scheduled shifts.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments (Operations, Product) to report bugs, issues, and improvement ideas.
• Provide on‑site support to restaurant partners and assist with ad‑hoc tasks as they arise.
• Maintain a high level of service quality while working under pressure and handling multiple conversations simultaneously.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Self‑motivated, creative thinker who enjoys a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a customer‑obsessed mindset.
• Willingness to work weekends as the operation runs seven days a week.
