SEO Manager

About the role

DesignRush.com is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and optimise the company’s organic search strategy. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving traffic, engagement and brand awareness for the B2B media platform.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute professional SEO strategies, set up, track and optimise campaigns.
• Document and enforce best‑practice processes, checklists and standards.
• Translate SEO requirements into clear briefs for content and development teams.
• Oversee link‑building, content creation and technical SEO initiatives.
• Continuously train and mentor the SEO team to maintain high performance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of proven SEO experience managing large, complex websites.
• Strong project‑management and team‑leadership abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Availability to work between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. ET.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools, AI agents and related workflows.
