Agentic AI Co‑Founder / Head of Sales (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and scale their own AI‑driven startups as a Co‑Founder and Head of Sales. The position is 100% remote and offers direct employment with a salary or optional funding up to €500k.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup focused on Agentic AI, driving product‑market fit and revenue growth.
• Develop and lead a sales force or marketing engine to achieve €100M+ in revenues.
• Iterate the product with mentorship from unicorn founders and receive intensive coaching for fundraising.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to relocate).
• Ready to take full responsibility for scaling a startup to €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Strong sales and business development expertise.
• Experience in building and managing high‑performing sales teams.
