About the role
The Management Trainee (MT) Program is a paid four‑month development scheme that combines real store experience with structured learning and hands‑on management responsibilities. Participants rotate through store operations, team coordination and leadership tasks, and face real‑life business challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily store operations and customer service.
- Support team coordination and lead small groups under supervision.
- Participate in training and development activities and complete theoretical and practical assessments.
