B2B Sales Representative - Conference Packages

About the role

A performance-based B2B sales position in an office in Skopje, focused on selling international B2B conference participation packages to senior executives worldwide. Each deal is valued between €1,800 and €2,200. The role is office-based only, with no remote option.

Key responsibilities

• Make 80 outbound calls per day
• Reach 120 minutes of talk time daily
• Pitch at least 5 qualified prospects each day
• Sell access to high-level business networks to international senior decision-makers

• Comfortable with high outbound activity
• Resilient to rejection
• Interested in international business exposure
• Commission-oriented mindset
• Motivated to build real B2B sales skills
