Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Hypergen is a lead generation partner for M&A firms, SaaS companies and agencies, building outbound infrastructure with data-driven tools such as Clay and intent signals. It is looking for a disciplined SDR who will drive internal growth for Hypergen and also act as an outsourced SDR for its clients, helping them scale their revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own warm leads generated by outbound systems and turn interest into booked meetings through personalized emails and phone calls.
• Build and manage high-touch nurturing sequences, keeping leads warm until a discovery call is booked.
• Research prospects with Clay, Apollo and AI tools and personalize messaging at scale based on intent signals such as funding, hiring and tech stack.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and in clients' systems, logging every interaction and keeping lead statuses correct.
• Work a schedule with significant overlap with U.S. EST business hours.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in an SDR or BDR role, focused on B2B sales or agency environments.
• Expert at managing follow-up cadences and handling objections over the phone.
• Flawless written and spoken English for high-stakes professional conversations.
• Highly organized, able to manage follow-ups for several client accounts at once.

Required skills

• Experience with, or eagerness to learn, modern sales tools such as Clay, Apollo and HubSpot.
