Best Designs Operations Specialist

About the role

DesignRush.com is seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to manage and grow its Best Designs community. The role blends outreach, content coordination and link‑building to boost monthly competition submissions and expand the jury pool. This is a full‑time, remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Drive monthly growth in paid submissions and jury sign‑ups through outreach, partnerships and process improvements.
• Own the end‑to‑end submissions pipeline – from agency outreach through payment, judging and winner announcement.
• Recruit and coordinate new judges, manage judging cycles and ensure timely reviews.
• Collaborate with the content team to deliver judge profiles, winner features and category pages on schedule.
• Execute link‑building and parasite SEO initiatives to improve category page rankings.
• Run cold outreach campaigns to agencies, influencers and design events for submissions, judging and sponsorships.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, link‑building, PR or content operations within the web design/creative industry.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end campaigns (outreach → conversion → retention).
• Strong communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to track and present monthly KPIs.
• Available to work between 5 a.m. and 2 p.m. EST.
