Carrier Sales Representative – Skopje

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Carrier Sales Representative to join our Skopje office. The role involves managing freight orders, negotiating rates with carriers, and ensuring smooth communication with customers. You will receive in‑house training and work within a supportive logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Book freight orders with carriers and negotiate competitive rates.
• Select reputable and safe carriers for each shipment.
• Provide carriers with all necessary load information and track shipment status.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities.
• Update customers on shipment status and respond to inquiries.

Required profile

• Experience in cold‑calling sales.
• Interest or experience in logistics, with a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Docs.
