Client Relations Manager (PR and Communications)

About the role

Pikasa.ai is looking for a full-time, on-site Client Relations Manager in the Skopje region. The role acts as a key link between clients, sales, marketing and product development, keeping regular contact with existing clients, identifying their needs and helping implement the company's marketing strategy and product development.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular, professional communication with existing clients and monitor their needs, activities, challenges and growth potential
• Understand clients' communication and media needs and propose suitable solutions, while monitoring media coverage and public communication about clients and their industries
• Give practical suggestions for better use of the services, platform and data clients receive
• Organize and run training, presentations, demo sessions and client support activities
• Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services, and attend sales meetings with new potential clients
• Support the preparation of offers, presentations and follow-up communication
• Collect and analyse client feedback to improve products, services and the client experience
• Share client requests with the analytics, sales and product teams and propose new features and improvements
• Prepare short reports, conclusions and recommendations for internal use

Required profile

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
• Good understanding of media, public communication and public relations
• Ability to read, understand and present analytical data and reports
• Initiative, independence, organization and attention to detail
• Experience in PR, corporate communications, media, client relations, account management or a similar role
• Previous experience working with companies, institutions, media outlets, PR agencies or international organizations is valued
• Excellent English and Macedonian; knowledge of Albanian is a strong advantage
