Customer Onboarding Specialist

About the role

RLDatix is looking for a Skopje‑based Customer Onboarding Specialist to join its Global Controlling Billing team. The role focuses on processing customer invoices, handling billing enquiries and supporting finance operations to ensure accurate, compliant billing and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process billing activities and generate invoices in line with contractual terms and schedules.
• Respond to customer billing enquiries, resolve discrepancies and maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for audit readiness and data integrity.
• Assist with reconciliations and billing process reviews to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Receivable, Renewals, CRM and customers to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare billing communications and reminders to support timely payments.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
• Support the use and maintenance of Salesforce, NetSuite and OpenAir.

Required profile

• Experience in billing, finance administration, accounting support or customer service (not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of financial systems and business processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Understanding of pricing structures, contract terms and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
