Customer Service & Operations Intern

About the role

Join FEYDOM, an international furniture brand, as a Customer Service & Operations Intern. You will support daily customer communication while gaining exposure to logistics, partner coordination, and content creation across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and other channels, providing clear and timely information.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, product questions and customer requests.
• Coordinate deliveries among customers, distributors, warehouses and other partners.
• Communicate with distributors and internal teams in different countries.
• Track ongoing customer cases to ensure nothing is missed.
• Assist in resolving delivery or order‑related issues.
• Write and edit blog posts and website content, adapting tone for different markets.
• Support research, organization and day‑to‑day operational tasks, and jump into ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English with clear, professional communication.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers and partners.
• Proactive, taking initiative without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Enjoys variety and can switch between different types of work.
• Additional European language skills (e.g., German, Italian, Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian) are a plus.
