About the role
TBM Group is looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive to help create high‑level B2B conferences and forums across sectors such as Energy, Manufacturing, Data Centers, and Mobility.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and promote B2B events that connect decision‑makers and innovators.
- Conduct market research and in‑depth interviews with industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the business intelligence team to generate valuable insights for event content.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Motivated by goals, growth and performance‑based bonuses.
- Positive, ambitious attitude and willingness to work in an international environment.
What we offer
- Base salary of 40,000 MKD net per month.
- Monthly bonuses ranging from 500 EUR to 5,000 EUR.
