Customer Service Technician – Skopje or Southeast Region

About the role

Printec, a leader in transaction technologies across Central and Eastern Europe, is looking for a Customer Service Technician to provide post‑sale technical support in Skopje or the southeastern region. The role combines on‑site installations, maintenance, and direct customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installations and upgrades of straightforward products, working independently or within a team.
• Resolve routine maintenance incidents reported by customers or escalated through the technical process.
• Visit customers to deliver one‑to‑one service and handle feedback or complaints.
• Prepare pre‑installation documentation with detailed task lists and work plans.
• Report regularly to the Customer Service Manager or Field Operations Team Leader.

Required profile

• High School diploma in Engineering, Computer Science or a related IT field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience repairing electronic devices and mechanical parts.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Fluency in the local language and English.
