Digital Revenue & Partnerships Lead

About the role

Orato World Media is seeking a Digital Revenue & Partnerships Lead to drive commercial growth across its global media platform. This full-time remote position will shape and execute monetisation strategies, turning content and audience reach into sustainable revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive monetisation strategy covering classifieds, job listings, digital advertising, sponsorships, newsletters, podcasts and content licensing.
• Identify and evaluate new commercial opportunities, build product offerings and price them for the market.
• Lead negotiations with partners, close deals and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefit.
• Create and sell advertising and sponsorship packages for the website, newsletters and podcasts.
• Establish corporate and strategic partnerships aligned with Orato’s audience and mission.
• Design donation and audience-support programmes to supplement revenue.
• Continuously explore innovative revenue models as the platform expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue generation, partnerships or business development, preferably in digital media.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and able to think creatively to convert opportunities into income.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a focus on long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
