ERP Business Consultant

About the role

As an ERP Business Consultant at Kodeqa you will work on‑site in Skopje, helping clients design, configure and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) solutions focused on business documents, integrations and data migration.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business processes and gather functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications, process flows and user guidance.
• Design, configure and improve D365FO modules related to Docentric, Electronic Reporting, e‑invoicing and data migration.
• Coordinate with technical teams to validate solution designs and support testing activities.
• Lead data migration activities, including data modelling, mapping, validation and test cycles.
• Document solutions and governance procedures to ensure traceability.
• Provide training, change‑management support and post‑go‑live assistance to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with business documents, e‑invoicing or reporting solutions and their lifecycle maintenance.
• Background in integrations or data migration, including data modelling and validation.
• Ability to produce clear functional specifications, process diagrams and user guides.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on sustainable solutions.
• Proactive, accountable work style and willingness to work on‑site in Skopje.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
