Full-Stack Developer – SaaS (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Developer to join EWOR’s new department focused on building cutting‑edge SaaS products. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to shape a product from concept to production while working directly with the department founder and a world‑class engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute 0‑to‑1 initiatives for SaaS solutions, turning high‑level vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Design and implement scalable full‑stack architectures, moving prototypes to production‑ready systems.
• Drive critical milestones that position the department for rapid growth and potential spin‑off.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to work remotely from these regions).
• High‑agency, builder mindset with proven ability to take end‑to‑end ownership of complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
