Full Stack Node.js Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Team Lead with strong Node.js and React expertise to guide a development team for a global supply chain software platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development team, including code and PR reviews
• Maintain development standards, architecture quality, and design guidance
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, DBAs, and product teams
• Handle production issues, critical investigations, and task planning
• Mentor developers and improve overall team capabilities

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience
• Strong background in TypeScript, server‑side development (Node.js/Express) and React
• Experience with complex enterprise systems, BFF architecture, and API integrations
• Proficiency with SQL Server, Oracle, and SQL performance tuning
• Ability to work efficiently with AI‑assisted development tools
