About the role

VDL Bus Macedonia is seeking a proactive Coordinator for Training and Development to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs for employees across all levels. The role supports performance improvement and professional growth within a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training programs and materials tailored to the specific needs of the company.
• Strengthen workplace performance and promote continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and create annual training plans.
• Design and deliver workshops, presentations, and e‑learning sessions using diverse techniques and technologies.
• Work with subject‑matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting programs as needed.
• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to learning and development.
• Maintain comprehensive training records, documentation, and reporting.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate diploma in technical fields, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in training and development (preferred).
• Proven ability to design and deliver corporate training sessions.
• Excellent presentation and public‑speaking skills with the ability to engage participants.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities for handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset to assess training needs and measure impact.
