About the role

Join Tribe Wellness as a Product Sales Specialist focused on pet health supplements. Working remotely, you will turn online product interest into confident, repeat customers, helping pets live longer, healthier lives.

Key responsibilities

• Sell pet health products and services to prospective customers via phone and online channels.
• Convert inquiries into loyal brand advocates by providing clear usage guidance.
• Maintain a pipeline of 8‑18 scheduled appointments per day and close sales.
• Utilise Tribe’s sales toolkit, including Rippling and Salesforce, to track activity and performance.
• Collaborate with team leaders for ongoing training and skill development.

Required profile

• Highly‑driven self‑starter motivated by growth and sales targets.
• Passion for health, wellness, and pet care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet connection and home office equipment.
