Programmatic Lead

About the role

As the Programmatic Lead within DEPT®'s EMEA Creative & Media team, you will steer the direction of our programmatic advertising practice, ensuring clients achieve full‑funnel goals through data‑driven media buying. You will mentor a multicultural team across several European hubs and collaborate with international offices to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver programmatic buying services for high‑profile clients.
• Own commercial growth for the programmatic team, setting ambitious targets and tracking performance.
• Lead the evolution of programmatic processes, aligning with DEPT® offices worldwide.
• Identify and act on new market opportunities, tools, and Martech enhancements.
• Design strategies, manage campaigns, and translate results into actionable insights for clients.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in programmatic advertising, including hands‑on use of major DSPs.
• Proven ability to guide, mentor and develop team members.
• Strong capacity to plan team capacity efficiently.
• Track record of spotting and implementing new business opportunities.
• Experience working with international markets and cultures.
