Remote Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a growth‑focused digital marketer who can independently plan, launch, and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple channels. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work on diverse projects for both our own software brand and agency clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, paid social, display and remarketing.
• Analyse campaign and funnel performance to improve lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs and ROI.
• Design and execute growth experiments across paid ads, landing pages, email marketing, content and social media.
• Conduct market, audience, keyword and competitor research to uncover new acquisition opportunities.
• Write, proofread and edit SEO‑driven content with minimal briefing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on digital or growth marketing experience across multiple channels.
• Strong practical expertise in PPC with proven results in Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid campaigns.
• Analytical mindset and proven problem‑solving skills backed by data‑driven decisions.
• Experience designing, prioritising and evaluating marketing experiments.
• Deep understanding of the full acquisition funnel from traffic generation to lead nurturing.
