Sales Development Representative - Balkans

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Balkans, you will work directly with a client as a core member of their team, in a fully remote position. You will generate qualified opportunities, engage decision-makers and support revenue growth in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels
• Identify, qualify and nurture high-quality B2B leads
• Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand business needs
• Schedule and run discovery calls and product demos where applicable
• Manage and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline data
• Work with Account Executives and Sales Managers to close deals
• Meet and exceed KPIs on outreach, meetings booked and revenue contribution

Required profile

• 3-4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development or Inside Sales
• Proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation
• Closing experience required (not just appointment setting)
• B2B sales experience strongly preferred
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working remotely

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritise effectively
