Sales Development Representative

About the role

Injini Consulting is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its growing team in Skopje. You will run outbound sales campaigns for North American and European clients, turning cold calls into meaningful conversations and qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume cold calls to prospects in the US and Canada.
• Handle objections in real time and guide prospects toward booking meetings.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update prospect information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure a smooth hand‑off of qualified leads.
• Adapt scripts and messaging based on campaign performance and client needs.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C2 level) with clear, confident spoken communication.
• Demonstrated success in cold‑calling environments, measured by call volume, objection handling, and meetings booked.
• Resilient mindset that stays motivated after repeated rejections.
• Self‑driven learner eager to improve sales techniques and increase earnings.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑client setting.
