Sales Development Representative

About the role

TBM Group is looking for a Sales Development Representative who loves communicating with people and has excellent English skills. You will work in an international environment, supporting the creation of high‑level B2B conferences across sectors such as Energy, Manufacturing, Data Centers and Mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients and decision‑makers to generate qualified leads.
• Maintain clear targets and report progress to senior managers.
• Collaborate with the business intelligence team to align outreach with market research.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong verbal communication abilities.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of 40,000 MKD net per month.
• Monthly bonuses ranging from 500 EUR to 5,000 EUR.
