Supervisor Territory B2C

About the role

Philip Morris International is looking for a Supervisor Territory B2C in Skopje. You will drive the execution of B2C strategies across your assigned territory, focusing on consumer acquisition and engagement in the retail channel, and lead and develop external B2C groups together with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute regional B2C activation plans in the territory, turning strategic priorities into field activities and feeding back insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor territory performance by coordinating external consumer-facing teams, track metrics, analyse results and take corrective action to meet acquisition, conversion, retention and engagement targets.
• Ensure consistent execution of activations, compliance with commercial standards, effective route planning and collaboration with retail partners and internal collaborators.
• Work with cross-functional teams so B2C teams have the tools, systems, training and support they need.
• Lead, mentor and develop third-party B2C teams, supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Drive consumer experience standards and ensure all activities comply with internal and legal procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in field sales.
• Sales experience across multiple channels (KA, GT, HoReCa, etc.) and in B2C sales preferred.
• Team leadership skills and a background in the FMCG sector preferred.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Driving licence with at least 2 years of active driving experience.
