Truck Driver Recruiter – Skopje (US Market)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who specializes in the US trucking industry to join our Skopje office. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified truck drivers for US‑based clients, working an afternoon/night shift that aligns with US market hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise high‑converting driver job postings using Facebook Ads.
• Manage candidates through the Tenstreet pipeline, ensuring smooth progression.
• Run, review, and evaluate driver background reports, including MVR and PSP checks via HireRight.
• Conduct phone interviews, assess qualifications, and guide drivers through the hiring process.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Deep knowledge of US trucking industry hiring guidelines and regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with Tenstreet, Facebook Ads Manager, and HireRight.
• Immediate availability to start and work the designated shift.
