Turkish Language & AI Training Expert

About the role

We are seeking native‑level Turkish speakers to support an AI training project. The role focuses on evaluating Turkish audio content for fluency, pronunciation, intonation and overall linguistic authenticity to help improve next‑generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to Turkish audio clips and assess the nativeness and fluency of speakers or AI‑generated output.
• Evaluate pronunciation, intonation, rhythm and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
• Document evaluations with clear, concise feedback in English, providing detailed justifications for each decision.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
• Maintain consistent quality across evaluations and meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Turkish (spoken and written).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, especially for written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in speech.
• Reliable availability to complete review tasks within deadlines.

Required skills

• Ability to assess pronunciation, fluency, intonation and linguistic authenticity.
• Excellent written communication in English for structured feedback.
