Account Manager – South-East Europe

About the role

The Account Manager for South-East Europe will manage KEMET's business across the region, focusing on key accounts and the distribution network, while collaborating with internal teams such as FAE, Inside Sales, and Product Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and margin targets for the South-East Europe territory, primarily Romania, Serbia, and Bulgaria.
• Secure design wins and drive catalog product activity through distributors and channel partners.
• Manage major customers such as Schaeffler, Vitesco, Bosch, Hella, Honeywell, and IMI, coordinating with local distributor branches.
• Administer the distribution program, motivate channel sales and marketing teams, and support global OEM sales.
• Identify target customers, develop action plans, and follow up on opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing or Science.
• Proven success in a sales environment, preferably with large distributors and Tier‑1 automotive OEMs.
• Experience in component sales within the region.
• Fluent English (written and oral); additional language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
