Sales Representative

About the role

Innaco MAK, a leading foam converting company in North Macedonia, is looking for a full‑time Sales Representative based in Prilep. You will be responsible for expanding the market presence of its pillow, mattress topper and mattress products across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, distributors and partners.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings and deliver product presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts within defined guidelines.
• Follow up on leads to close sales and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and customer‑service teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, providing insights for product and sales‑strategy improvement.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Comfort with basic business tools and software.
• Knowledge or interest in manufacturing, retail or consumer products; experience in foam or bedding is a plus.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; other European languages are beneficial.
• Relevant education in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
