Accountant

About the role

Alcazar Energy is seeking an Accountant to support its finance function in Skopje. You will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial entries, ensuring compliance, and providing accurate reports to aid strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries and document financial transactions in the ERP system.
• Compile balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and ad‑hoc financial reports.
• Maintain accounting controls, reconcile discrepancies, and support external audits.
• Process payments, verify documentation, and ensure confidentiality of financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years audit experience and 3+ years in corporate/general ledger accounting.
• Experience in a large organization or MNC, preferably with ERP exposure.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work with ERP accounting systems.
• Strong financial analysis and reconciliation skills.
