Ads Creative Strategist – Social Media Video Campaigns

About the role

The Ads Creative Strategist will craft high‑impact video ads for our e‑commerce clients, leveraging the latest TikTok and Instagram Reels trends. You will become the bridge between brands and content creators, ensuring each campaign aligns with the client’s voice and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and select content creators that match each client’s customer avatar and brand guidelines.
• Develop detailed script briefs, including B‑roll concepts and video footage requirements.
• Communicate project scope and expectations to creators, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Perform quality control on received video assets to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving TikTok and Instagram Reels trends and incorporate them into campaign strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and, when needed, directly with clients.

Required profile

• Strong creative flair with a deep understanding of social‑media algorithms and trends.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with creators and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze brand positioning and translate it into compelling video concepts.
• Experience working in fast‑paced e‑commerce or digital‑marketing environments.

Required skills
