Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist to help our clients increase their visibility on Google Search and Local Maps. The role is fully remote with flexible hours, but occasional availability between 9 am‑3 pm US Eastern time is required for urgent communication.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full SEO process and deliver monthly client deliverables on time and with quality.
• Drive local SEO initiatives, focusing on map‑pack performance and local market share.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities such as content upgrades, keyword expansion, technical fixes, and authority‑building tactics.
• Audit competitor websites and adjust strategies to maintain client advantage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent on‑page, technical, and off‑page SEO execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional SEO experience.
• At least 1 year working in an agency environment handling multiple client accounts.
• Proven track record in delivering local SEO results and meeting KPI targets (e.g., >75% of clients achieving winning scores, >95% on‑time delivery).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently while meeting communication windows.
