AI Engineer & Technical Product Owner

About the role

Foxelli is looking for a founding AI Engineer who will act as a Technical Product Owner, turning ideas into functional prototypes at rapid speed. You will partner directly with the founder to design, build, and iterate AI‑driven systems that power both internal e‑commerce workflows and future B2B SaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Research, select, and fine‑tune state‑of‑the‑art AI models across vision, language, and diffusion domains.
• Develop end‑to‑end pipelines from R&D to production‑ready web applications using Next.js and FastAPI.
• Orchestrate multiple AI models into autonomous “agentic” workflows that automate creative and analytical tasks.
• Integrate diverse APIs and serverless GPU providers (e.g., Replicate, Fal, RunPod) to deliver scalable solutions.
• Build lean MVPs, test them in real‑world e‑commerce scenarios, and iterate for performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Modern developer who leverages AI‑assisted coding tools such as GPT‑Codex, Claude, and Replit.
• AI generalist comfortable with LLMs, diffusion models, and computer‑vision techniques.
• Fast learner able to master new frameworks or APIs over a weekend.
• Hacker mindset focused on ROI and rapid delivery.
• Architectural awareness to design complex, multi‑model pipelines.
