Back Office Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an organized, communicative and proactive Back Office Assistant to join our growing real‑estate team in Skopje. You will support client interactions, maintain our property data, and help create digital marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process inquiries from social media and communication platforms.
• Enter and update property and client data in the CRM system.
• Communicate with clients and send timely information.
• Update property listings and prices on the company website.
• Prepare catalogs and informational materials.
• Create digital content using Canva.
• Perform general administrative tasks and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• Excellent command of Macedonian and English.
• Knowledge of Greek and familiarity with Northern Greece regions is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Basic Canva skills and a good sense of aesthetics.
• Discretion when handling personal and confidential information.
• Real‑estate experience is not required but considered an advantage.
