Property and Facilities Coordinator

About the role

PlatformX, a UK connectivity provider, manages several buildings across the UK and North Macedonia for about 800 employees and multiple tenants. Its Property & Workplace team keeps mechanical and electrical systems, reception, parking, catering and security running, collects income from commercial tenants and ensures landlord obligations are met. The Property and Facilities Coordinator is based in Skopje.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the office safe by ensuring PlatformX and its suppliers follow local laws and regulations, and resolve issues proactively
• Organise social and company events
• Liaise with tenants, landlords and internal teams on financial matters
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices
• Maintain property databases so information is up to date and spend is tracked
• Improve security processes and oversee supplier performance for the Skopje office
• Look after colleague experience in the office, including parking, equipment, layout and onboarding

Required profile

• Passion for workplace and colleague experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Relationship builder who can influence safety behaviour among suppliers and employees
• Good understanding of property and health and safety compliance

Desirable

• Administrative experience, ideally in property or health and safety
• Continuous process improvement experience
• Supplier management experience
