Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Casumo is looking for a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to develop, maintain and improve reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and self‑service reporting solutions primarily using Tableau.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reporting views, calculations and supporting reporting logic.
• Validate reporting accuracy and ensure KPI logic is implemented correctly.
• Apply dimensional modelling and reporting best practices in analytics solutions.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support operational and tactical business decisions.
• Investigate data discrepancies, incidents and reporting issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst Lead and Senior Business Analysts to deliver solutions based on defined requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to end‑users on reporting usage and data sources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, data science, economics, statistics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or a related field.
• Good knowledge of the iGaming industry, its operational processes and key performance indicators.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
