Intermediate Data Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Data Engineer with a strong software engineering mindset to help build our next‑generation data platform. You will work on impactful solutions that turn complex data into value, enhance user experiences, and drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and own end‑to‑end data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver high‑quality data products for internal analytics and customer‑facing features.
• Build, operate, and continuously improve the core data platform, including databases, clusters, streaming infrastructure, and other services with a focus on reliability, scalability and performance.
• Continuously improve engineering practices by enhancing CI/CD pipelines, automating workflows, adopting modern developer tooling, and leveraging LLMs to boost productivity.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Collaborative attitude, proactive in identifying improvement opportunities, and able to explain technical ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Python programming
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Familiarity with ClickHouse, Terraform, CI/CD, Kubernetes, MySQL, dbt, Airflow
