CDL Driver Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Networqer Logistics is seeking a dedicated CDL Driver Recruiter to join our team remotely. In this full‑time position you will lead the hiring process for qualified commercial drivers, support driver retention, and ensure high‑quality communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview, and hire CDL‑qualified drivers for the United States market.
• Develop and execute driver retention strategies to reduce turnover.
• Maintain ongoing communication with drivers, addressing concerns and fostering engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external partners.
• Stay up‑to‑date with DOT regulations and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting drivers in the logistics or transportation sector.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and driver hiring best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
