Freelance Recruiter & HR Project Associate (Project‑Based)

About the role

People+ is expanding its network of external collaborators to support a series of HR and research projects scheduled for October and November. As a Freelance Recruiter and HR Project Associate you will work on short‑term assignments, gaining practical experience while helping clients with their recruitment and data‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job ads and shortlisting candidates.
• Conduct telephone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Provide administrative and organisational support for project teams.
• Collect, record, and process project‑related data.
• Support field activities and other project‑specific tasks across Macedonia.

Required profile

• Available for project work in October and/or November.
• Responsible, organized, and communicative.
• Eager to learn and gain hands‑on HR experience.
• Able to follow clearly defined procedures and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel occasionally and work on‑site throughout Macedonia.
